If you need help with a non-urgent medical or admin request you can now contact us online, see below. 

The online service will be available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 8am & restricted once we reach our daily capacity. 

On average we offer over 1,200 telephone & online consultations per week. 

Your message will be reviewed and triaged (prioritised) by our team on the day and we aim to respond within 7 working days depending on your clinical need.

Our team will contact you by calling, text messaging or sending a text with a self-booking link for a telephone or face-to-face appointment.

*Week commencing 22nd July: Due to the impact of the global IT outage and reduced clinical staff for this week our services will be limited. Clinical work that would have been carried out on Friday and the weekend has been restricted due to not being able to access your medical record. Thank you for your understanding.
