Health Coaching

Health coaching is a service offered to help create lasting change to improve a person’s well-being and overall health. 

It is a weekly/biweekly series of 45 minute sessions, usually 5 in total with a follow up session after 1 month and 6 months, designed to work through lifestyle changes, develop the skills and take control of your own health. Find out more

Wellbeing Practitioner

The wellbeing practitioner and peer support worker service is suitable for:

  • Ages 18+
  • Not accessing any other therapy and not under secondary care mental health services 
  • If you would like extra support for your mental health ranging from work stress to ongoing emotional difficulties. Find out more

Community Connectors Service

Whether you are feeling lonely, or are looking to become physically active but need help with motivation, want support to find out how to take part in activities in your community then the British Red Cross can help. FREE service, receiving up to 12 weeks support, tailored to each person's needs and goals. Find out more
