FREE service, receiving up to 12 weeks support, tailored to each person's needs and goals. Locally we have Tracey & Stephanie who will support you.

Proactive Care Nurse
The proactive care service supports vulnerable, isolated patients aged 65 years and over who may have complex physical or mental health needs, to remain in their own homes safely for as long as possible.
The service aims to prevent hospital admissions where possible with clinical support and signposting to social community services and care services. Find out more

Befriending Services
The Silver Line is a FREE confidential helpline providing information, friendship and advice to older people, open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
NeighbourCare Befriending Service offers a volunteer to go to your house once a week for a chat over a cup of tea
Steady & Strong Classes
Steady and Strong classes are designed to help people over 65 to improve strength and balance, helping you to live independently for longer & avoid falls
Exercises are done both seated and standing, with chair support for those who require it. Currently no sessions in Tadley. Options include

Loddon Valley Day Centre
Ambrose Allen Centre Tadley; They offer a safe environment, three days a week (currently Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 3pm) for vulnerable people over 55 years old living in Tadley and surrounding areas
Variety of daily activities. Fees include two-course hot lunch

Foot Care Age Concern
Qualified chiropodists/podiatrists that offer low-cost toenail cutting and to provide a basic foot health check
