The majority of our work and the services we offer patients are carried out under the terms of our NHS contract. However we do carry out a small amount of private work. We have a scale of charges which is displayed in both our surgeries. You have a right to be aware of the possible charge before agreeing to a private service, so please ask us the fee that will be due. We usually ask for payment before the work is undertaken. The range of private work is varied but this will include letters and certificates if these are outside of the scope of NHS care. Please note that private work does not take preference over NHS services.
