Request a prescription that is NOT on your repeat (an acute prescription) but you have had from us before.
The GP or the practice clinical pharmacist will decide if the request is appropriate & issue the item. Please allow 7 working days before collecting your prescription.
If the item is available over the counter we may not prescribe & will ask you to speak to your pharmacist. This includes if you are entitled to free prescriptions or have a prepayment card.
