Temporary reduction in Nurse’s appointments

Due to staff shortages we regret we shall be reducing the number of appointments available with our Practice Nurses at both Morland Surgery and Holmwood Health Centre. This will affect our Travel Clinics especially and you may be directed to a travel health clinic elsewhere.

Boots and Superdrug offer this service in their larger stores and other providers are available.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to resume our normal service as soon as possible.

Patient Online Services

Did you know you can access your medical record online for the following purposes?

  • Make and cancel appointments with a doctor and view and print any existing appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions, view and print out a list of repeat prescriptions
  • View online, export or print summary information from your record, relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and coded data as agreed between you and the practice - problems, consultations and results*

We regret we do not provide online access to letters and documents.

This service is available to all patients aged 16 years and over.  Just print out and complete the online access application form (having read the patient information leaflet) and come to either surgery in person with the completed form and  photographic ID e.g. Driving Licence or Bus Pass.  You will then be given your log in details and written instructions how to register online.

Carers of patients who would not be able to manage online access themselves, or parents or guardians of children under the age of 11 can apply for proxy access by completing the proxy access application form and then to come into either surgery with ID as above.

*If you have already registered for online services and wish to have enhanced access you will need to make a separate application to register
