Disabled Access

Both surgeries offer access - via the main entrances - and toilet facilities for disabled patients and visitors.

We would like your anonymous feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit your GP or have contact with the practice.  It doesn't take long and will help us to improve our service to you.

In October 70% of patients who gave us feedback said they would recommend us to their friends and family.

Thank you to everyone who contributed. Some of you have made some very kind comments

Named Accountable GP for all patients

From 1 April 2015, practices are required under their contract to allocate a named, accountable GP to all patients (including children). As a practice we have always maintained personal lists so this is not a change for us.

All patients are advised of the name of their GP when they register.

If you are unsure who your GP is and would like to know, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to advise you.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any request for a preferred GP within our capabilities and whilst maintaining a safe and sustainable service to our patients.
